Blades ripped off again by Pigs
« on: September 13, 2017, 04:11:13 pm »
OK I'm talking about t'other pigs, sotonexile's chums  ;D

Why on earth are we paying MORE for policing than it actually costs to police our games?

Here's a list of the contributions made by SY clubs towards the costs of policing, see if you can spot the massive anomaly here:

Doncaster paid  31% of the cost
Millers paid       48% of the cost
Pigs paid           54% of the cost
Dingles paid      57% of the cost

Blades paid      102% of the cost

This means the Coppers actually made a PROFIT out of providing "protection" for the citizens and visitors to S2, ie for doing their job!

The average contribution per non-Blades club is 47.5% whereas we paid 102%. Anyone know why? Pigs had higher average attendance last season so WTF?

That's an easy one Lings. The bean counter that works the costs out is obviously a pig supporter [the other type - you know the really dirty scummy ones!!!]  :DD

Er....no Vamps, the info was in The Star mate

and Net Policing cost was £174,000. Are you suggesting that's all we made from transfers?

Without putting too much effort in, did we pay 102% of the cost because the football club made all payments to SYP when our ground was used for other events (boxing, concerts etc).

So the revenue for those events went elsewhere whilst the football club picked up the whole of the cost.  Hence it looks like the football club overpaid SYP but in fact it has paid on behalf of the other group company?  In which case one would expect to find an inter-company loan somewhere on the books.  :whi

This scenario wouldn't apply to the Pigs because no one in their right mind would hold an event at their shit hole of a ground.

If this is the case though, it's compelling evidence that someone is syphoning off the football club profits to fund other activities rather than ploughing it back into the club. I wonder if we've also paid over 100% for building contractors  :yikes:

Or, WTF!!! What if our Arabian owners are using SYP to launder money. Now that would be funny.  :DD
